I think it's normal wanting that, I mean, All the characters are in the age of wanting to, and so are some readers. It's inevitable not to want a little bit more of them showering eachother with affection after their slow burn relationship development. Plus, the more progress we see in these 2 sets of couples, the more we want that to happen even if they are minors (I must add that they don't even look that young either, but yeah they are considered minors/adolescents)
Also, the author wants us to want that too sometimes, so cruel(≧∀≦)... Let's not forget that, at the end of the day, it won't ever happen because it's a Shonen Ai ╮(￣▽￣)╭
