My theory is that he was comparing him to a woman cause with women there's going to be spontaneous sex without preparation time ...he compared maki right after he was about to make his ass relax....
My other theory is that he feels unsatisfied with his coworkers cause they are always docile and without challenge and they never responded if they wanted kamina's proposal....makino felt docile too in sex with kamina ,he didn't express his demands and lust , so kamina is kinda saying that if it were a women she would have already been demanding and wanting more and more , thus assuring kamina of success?!
