She doesn't lose her eyes. It's more of a representation that she's trapped in her own mind because of what she experienced with the wizard trash (as a way to protect herself). And as I said, daddy dearest and emiel will come and save her from the wizard trash but it's homeboy emiel who will save her from herself(she wanted to kill herself, i think?). After that, she's going to be fine and will start contracting with spirits.
