That's a bit of a stretch. In the first season, the author already showed us interaction between miss Kim and the boss. She was scared and cautious cuz she didn't know the man. Thus showing that this is truly their first time meeting
That’s fair, but that kind of behavior could very well be calculated. Miss Kim has always been portrayed as sharp and emotionally restrained — it wouldn’t be shocking if she faked not knowing him for her own safety.
