Oh good, I wasn't the only one that thought that. I was trying to question how someone that looked to be mid to late teens could be ten.
From what i've seen on tappytoon, the drawing changed but i don't know how to feel about it since it's not better
"a human reborn as a spirit king" is not quite right, even if he just doesn't know, since he was supposed to be born as a spirit king but ended up in another world as a human.
