So the tsukasa we see in school is probably amanes guilt conscious that built up over the years. Now it could be that the tsukasa in school is hanako yashiro with the seal and all. So hanako feels guilty that his brother died/ went missing instead of him and so every time he sees his yashiro/ tsukasa ghost he cries because he remembers his dead brother. Now for hanako injuries in his human form it could be the result of
A. His parents turning abusive blames him for his brothers death
B. Him being bullied in school
