okay so its explicitly stated that ash has his rut annually in the novel, next chapter i believe he says once or twice a year. for reference, its mentioned that ruts typically occur once every month to 3 months (month to 3 months might be incorrect but i remember it being mentioned that its pretty normal for alphas to have ruts once a month sometimes a little longer). so hypothetically ash has ruts around 12x (6x if twice a year) more intense than whats average.
and im not saying anything more than this in relation to his previous ruts: its more than safe to say that ash also had a lot of... pent up energy in a way
