I don't really get what happened.
1. so a high school boy was molested by some other guys on a train, while the other high school kid was watching.

It seemed like the kid that got molested actually knew that other guy was watching or remembered him. And then the kid probably also doesn't trust people is my guess. I probably would hate everyone too.
The other guy watching saw the kid's body and thought that was his ideal body, but did not want to admit it since he was a guy...

it's two different people :) Baby Bitch is Rikako sensei's and this one is Benny's. Apparently they work together sometimes ;)
