Well i dont think he's upset that he was coerced and manipulated into falling in love or something . It was the fact that Heejae used MC's ex (who was abusive and toxic, even used him for money. It took MC a LONG time to finally get free from him) and Heejae simply told the ex where he was and directly told him to meet up with MC to scare him about the 3p scandal.
So in a short sense , he made MC relive moments in his life that were the worst for him . And then pretended to act like it was ok.
Yeah I agree I totally believe he's upset and wants to get revenge because he used that really toxic EX to get him to be with him. That's a huge betrayal he manipulated him with the worst person he put a possibly chosen
He had his ex come to his apartment and assault him for money so that he could come "save the day" and take him on a big romantic trip to the beach where he first confessed to him.
I mean, we know how heejae feels because we're readers but honestly, he's an actor and straight up lied and used acting skills on jisuh... Even if he's honest now, how can jisuh really know? you don't regain trust so easily, even more so from a guy you know can be straight up lying in your face again and make it look fucking honest.
And jisuh said he wouldn't do anything big either, if it's a small revenge to make him feel better then that's fine.
