There are many here who think it resembles sekai ichi hatsukoi too much. You realized it since it's a very popular manga. But, honestly, nowadays it got pretty much impossible to think of a plot which wasn't used at least once. There exist already so many basing on similar plots.
eg Just now I read a manga about "inverted nipples". Again... I thought, .. since the beginning was completely dirfferent to the two or three, but the fact that it is about that again......... in a school, etc... is just boring.
