I don’t think you'll find the main story much interesting anyway. The seme did change for better but the plot is very weak. Seme basically just gets severely injured and gains uke's sympathy at the end.

one thing that i like about this manga is that seme never makes light of uke's worries. like sure they seem silly or overreacting and it's not something seme is used to since he's more the logical type but he validates uke's worries and tries his best to understand him and even goes out his way to comfort him
tbh jo's attraction to ian feels pretty shallow for me. well ian is hot and in a different circle than him making him seem like a total mystery and he's thrilled by the curiosity of the unknown. not sure if i could say he's known ian, the good and the bad, enough to like him.

It’s not really confirmed if any of the main characters love each other romantically, there’s been hints of it between TJ and Ian but it’s so complex that I can’t just say it’s romantic love.
yeah like jo only knows about ian as much as he tells him but nothing that they actually went through together so their relationship doesn't feel too well-founded for me
