Well I kind of understand what's ur feel. I also hate story which the character made the other chara jealous by slept with random people. But usually I found this kind of manga with a jerk seme and the uke being so pure and innocent. There are lots of manga which has a virgin uke and extremely experienced seme.
Tired with this kind of trope, I felt a bit refreshed when I found the reverse (but I actually still prefer both seme and uke are pure)

I hope this isn't just going to be the girl in the man's body getting all the attention.
