I'm still in disbelief. I honestly can't believe it. Like fuck....he was only 54...and to die so suddenly, I'm deeply saddened by this news.
Berserk holds a special place in my heart being it's the very first manga I ever read and this could be my bias saying this but Berserk is a fucking masterpiece and it's all thanks to the legend Kentaro Muira. I've been following Berserk for almost 8 years and to now have to come to an abrupt end......I can't say this enough but it's honestly heartbreaking for me. Before I read Berserk I was in a really shitty place in life being severely depressed and not having anything to look forward to until I stumbled upon Berserk. And my god when I started reading it I was instantly hooked. Berserk got me out of a dark place in my life and for that I am INCREDIBLE grateful for everything Muira has done for us strugglers. Thank you so Kentaro Muira, for everything truly, you will be deeply missed by so many people you have touched with your talent and brilliance. RIP. May his family and close friends find peace during this difficult time
