If I'm not mistaken, the're from Yashiro's old crush (the doctor) that Yashiro stole back in their school days. Doumeki knows about this crush and found the contacts case in a drawn once he was in Yashiro's place. He stole it out of jealousy. I don't remember if Yashiro noticed they were missing back then, but now he knows Doumeki took it. Not sure why he still keeps it.

I went into this totally blind, thinking it’ll be a cute shounen ai, but the sudden gore and suicides/murders caught me right off guard. Got to the end of ch 2 and reading comments now, it’s not completed (there are 3 volumes), so I’m thinking about just dropping it.
