That character is the wife of an yakuza and she still let her husband sleep with the other men because she knows her husband only love her. The difference between Miho and her is that she still feel a little jelous while Miho is like idgaf which really disappointed me. I think that the extra chapter should be about Nao and his gf's relationship.
