frankly it couldve been better. the beginning was really good but in the middle it started to tone down a bit? plus the endgame seems too forced. i dont particularly have any problems with him cause my anger defused when i read the novel. but i just wish they couldve put more emphasis on how and why they end up together cause if this were reality, it wouldnt have worked out
They make the FL to be this "sword fighting, intelligent, political savvy, virtuous, brave, strong" Mary Sue but at the end she just acts like a dumb ditzy oblivious teenage girl and ends up with the jerk anyway. Pretty standard shoujo sbullshit, i'd say. If that's the kind of trope you're into, then go for it.
