I mean, at the beginning Itadori’s grandpa was trying to tell him something about his parents. This topic is still a big mystery because we don’t know anything about them (nor does Itadori). So it’s not that farfetched to think that they might actually be blood-related. It could also explain why Itadori’s so inhumanely strong as a human.
