when will maxi have a character development? i just really cant read it after chapter 24...im not really a big fan of female leads that are weak and are dependent to men. although i do know what happened to her, i just can't take it.
Lol there's already a good character development. Albeit slowly. You can't just rush things like this. It's trauma. Ptsd. It not like one day she 's depressed and next day she'd develop a heroine- like character. She and riftan only have known each other for a short while compared to the number of years she's been abused. To be able to come out of her shell slowly and take helm of a feifdom is one big responsibility to a person treated like a slave and trash.
you'll so right, this is such a slow burn if you want to see some good juicy character development in the female lead. it will take a hot minute, but the art and storyline will push me forward.

this is actually a really nice story. it's disappointing that it's so underrated. english translations are slow, this already has 50 chapters and s1 is complete. August 11 will be the release of season 2
