LETS GOOOO this is so good, here's what i'm thinking will happen: taegun (and us!!) will learn better about eunsungs trauma since his mental shield was undone by that fucker, and maybe taeguns mental shield wont work for some reason and eunsung will see all the trauma he's been through as well with that asshole, and this is THE moment that will pull the both of them closer together (maybe if not readily, eventually) and then they happily decide to stay by the other's side forever and ever to love and protect each other amen.
