they never confirmed their relationship but i think in one of the chapters seunghyun told chaejun that he was the guy he liked and i guess thats how both of them knew about each others feelings ? and then from there on they just started dating but they never had a real talk about it so im not actually quite sure but im pretty sure that they both know they like eachother
yeah ok thats kind of how I remember it as well so I guess thats that lol kind of uncomfy when they dont make it painfully clear to me but oh well
honestly it was a gradual build up, but i think the last few chapters in this season, they kinda addressed it (ie., newly weds comment, etc).
