There are a couple chapters of rape. Ill try to make this as spoiler free as possible.
In the actual, real, canon chapters, the only NC/rape is a flashback of a villain raping a character and it’s only portrayed as a horrifying thing. There isn’t even romance, really, calling this Yaoi is a stretch right now (though that could change). Any romance is subtext, outside of the side chapters that are set in an alternate storyline/universe and arent considered canon.
But there ARE a couple 18+/mature, non-canon side chapters with rape. They have trigger warnings at the beginning of each chapter, and you could skip those ones and miss nothing. They aren’t connected to the story.
Imo, outside of those side chapters, the story is super interesting, the art is beautiful, and the characters are pretty compelling. It’s worth reading if you don’t mind skipping the side chapters.

Adding to this, there is another rape scene between the two main characters, Horus wasn't exactly in control of himself but it was still a rape scene.
It might seem like there's a lot of rape but there really isn't so far the story doesn't have a lot of things happening between the two main characters. And the rape scenes are portrayed as something bad, as they should. The story is kinda dark, so if you aren't into that stuff, I wouldn't recommend
