One of my guess is Ohn actually like Jaewoo, you know the more you hate the more you love. One of the big twist of fate, the other twin loves him but is dweeb and can't put himself together, take a huge role to get themselves together.
Since, Seowoo is practically a baby I won't really feel bad if Jaewoo actually step up and take Ohn eventough he's doing it for his hyung at first. My final conclusion, Jaewoo beecame selfish for once and fall in love real hard towards Ohn and as Seowoo sacrificing for once. Okay, okay I get it.
