Though I feel bad for both, Chung is the only one who even approaches Hong and not the other way around, who knows what Chung might have suffered in the orphanage even after Hong left....it seems to me like Hong wants to forget everything by pinning all the fault on Chung and even Chung feels guilty for things which were out of his control:((
speaking of orphanage, yes chung took all the sufferings after hong left... if you read the previous chapters again you will notice the part where pedo approaches chung again, but the pedo does not know that hong was the one he raped
