Agree, FL is a doormat. She has a bit of the "strong FL" trope at the beginning, but later everyone is walking over her, ignoring her choices, and she allows it and just goes with the flow, at least up to ch 93, where I dropped it (￣∇￣") So yeah, not for easily annoyed ppl.

She already was holding her stomach and acting sick due to her period.
She went through emotional trauma from evil guy, became bedridden for a short while.
Doctor examining her tells them there are no signs of pregnancy, they assume the trauma caused a miscarriage (wasn't any signs cause there wasn't any baby to begin with).
Kion laments that he doesn't want her to go through her pregnancy again due to stress, she's like "uhm what?" Causing the whole misunderstanding to come to light.

It wasn't a cozy atmosphere... it was awkward because they thought she was pregnant. And the part about her holding her stomach didn't happen at the dinner, it was what the butler saw that made him think she was pregnant. LadyLumiere's comment was correct.
I dont think he can get it in that position xbxbxb
