nagatoro is very mean in the beginning. as a long time fan I will admit that. in the physical copy of the manga in between chapters there’s her running away saying “I think I overdid it...” and “I definitely overdid it this time!” it went from “bullying” I guess to slowly teasing because she started falling for him. also don’t say “if they roles were reversed and it was a guy doing the teasing-“ we’d still ship... just give it a chance and I know you’ll be cheering them on just like us :D
Yeah, I discovered this when it only had a few chapters and I dare say I was pissed as hell with nagatoro and was like "So this is the FL? What a disappointment" So I dropped this manga BUT went back to this a year later and after reading dozens of chapters, I learned to love their interactions lmao.
