Yes! They kind of become enemies. The other continent is like 10x stronger so they plan on annihilating arthur’s continent. Basically there is a war that’s going to happen. Arthur does something that makes them take him as hostage but because of the war the leaders (mostly the dwarfs and the humans cause they made like a contract with the people of the other continent) wanted to use arthur as a scapegoat so yeahhh ugh they use the lances to capture him and keep him in jail.
