Personally, I can't ignore rape but if an ML is too insistent and can't take no for an answer when he asks the uke to have dinner with him or something, I can pretend that there is nothing wrong with iut. and yes, most of the time it's when the ML is hot. I'm awfully aware of "pretty character privilege" but thankfully, I'm not susceptible to that in real life.
