I've actually never really been a fan of diamonds either. It would mean more to get a pretty stone that reminds them of me out of hundreds of different stones rather than a diamond imo. Sorry. I’m not trying to be unrealistic since everyone seems to want to remind me that brown is the dominant gene. I simply find the western demands for plain diamonds boring. At least the cuts are changing over times I guess. I personally find oval placement quite pretty but still find the stigma behind wedding bands in such a manner aged, ridiculous and overpriced.
