This just makes me question the novel. So OG Claude had to live his entire life as a woman, then was forced against his sexuality and married a man? Potentially have their child? Just addicted to gender drugs forever. Like that’s legitimately wack. Like actually crazy.
Yeah but if you think about the goals of his family, add in the MCs thoughts (she’s so convinced on the romance and him being female), and the fact that if the world is “real”, obviously the novel has to continue. So therefore, by extension, if he never rebelled, do y’all really think it wouldn’t have happened? If he had never met Blaire would he have gone outside the plot of the novel and became a man on his own inclination? I will say I was mistaken with the drugs but who knows what they would have or could have done in the future. Converting him completely, faking pregnancy, using someone else’s child, I really don’t see it being impossible. Really doesn’t change the fact either way that he could never act within his gender or sexuality.

Oh she’s a perfumer. That’s pretty unique and so far the plot seems interesting (although we all know how this’ll end for that dark haired ML lol). Going into my list!
