I love that they were still so wrapped up and in love with each other until the end. Matched each other's freak and even played matchmaker for the other two freaks. May we all find love like this where we inspire each other to grow into ourselves as people but our relationship never leaves the sweet and exciting honeymoon phase.
They can't end it on the journal reveal I need closure. I know they're happy together and I'm glad but the fact that all the questions got answered and to the end both of them thought the other had abandoned them because one doesn't know about the notebook and the other doesn't realized it was tossed without being read...a tragedy. I'm shaking man this was so cute and loving but the epilogue was like a nuclear missile to my heart. God this author is amazing.

I like the time-skip. I hate when characters breakup as teenagers and you have to see several filler chapters of them being miserable through college and THEN they're reunited as office workers. I'm glad they ripped the band-aid off. We'll probably see the breakup in flashbacks anyway.

Oh no the girls are fighting! Anyway so fascinating to see what their beef was in high school. I understand why he blew up like that. Having someone see you in a vulnerable position and be nice to you during a rough time (which can be misinterpreted as pity) is really embarassing/overwhelming especially for a teenager who doesn't have the emotional regulation skills needed. Still no excuse to take it out on others and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets walloped.
