Mothers that abandon their children...
WHY WHY WHY?

Because a lot of people have kids for stupid reasons, because they feel they have to, or when they can't properly take care of them. Make sure if you have a kid you're 100% educated about what it entails, and you're ready to raise them, you're able (physically, mentally and financially) to raise them. It's sad how many people don't do this before they have a kid.

Uh, did you two even read the story? What about FATHERS that freaking abuse their wives and children to the point that either one or both feels they have to leave before they're F******* KILLED????? And maybe the mother felt that it was HER presence that was causing her husband to freaking abuse Tae Min all the time??? Sounds like the one who SHOULD be blamed for having kids for 'stupid reasons' is the FATHER but people want to victim blame the abused SO freaking BADLY that they ignore all the failings of the abuser in order to do so. Because, if they DIDN'T, they would see that the they are FALSELY accusing the victim of something the abuser was ACTUALLY doing. SAD.

It goes without saying that the Father deserves to rot in hell.
DUH.
THAT PARTS SO OBVIOUS THAT I DIDNT MENTION IT.
Others have mentioned it enough haven't they? Every single topic doesn't have to be about the father. All you have to do is scroll down a bit.
BUT ANYWAYS, yes. I'm talking about the mother right now.
There's no doubt that she's a victim, but leaving her child with her abuser doesn't sit right with me. She could've taken him with her, heck, the father even said so.

I like it... But it's a bit hard to read? Not saying the English is bad, it's just that I can't comprehend what I'm reading
It might be because of the tones being too similar, but idk(?)

This work, (espically the cover art) reminds me of Paul Gauguin's paintings. Specifically this one. Can you also see the resemblance?

Have you read sensei's Senya Ichiya - Shitone no Himegoto? The main story is paralleled by a retelling of A Thousand and One Nights and the illustrations for that part of the story are clearly influenced by the work of Aubrey Beardsley:
