Hmmm I wouldn’t say Fumis helping shun but shun is helping Fumi. Fumi’s a main character now. Actually since the beginning shuns been the only one to talk up to Fumi really even Sakurako tends to beat around to bush with him. In terms of shun’s I would say his partner is helping him. No not in the yaoi sex way but in healthy conversation I’ve only seen big changes in shuns attitude after those (I re read stuff just today.) Usually Fumi is the one to straight up interrupt them. But that’s cause these chapters have been more about Fumis development.

I believe this is to show what could be done so Fumi doesn't end like Shun full of regret and kinda hate for his family for things that actually dont matter instead of focusin on what he really wants to do! On other note, of course the more prominent changes are Mio's work that's the BL part, but i do find that family is something that shun thinks was broken and know actually facing the rejection he tought already faced is helping him a little!

Yeah I do feel like that’s effective. Shuns and Fumis parents probably won’t do another arranged marriage again and I do feel like kid Fumi, not teen, did in part help in connecting the family again. Cause their family was broken, shun left his parents for a combination of coming out and coming out at a very dramatic time (a wedding ) better late than never. Though I do have a shit ton of issues with how the parents are portrayed in this story I do agree that Fumis side shows a better reflection in how shun could’ve been raised.

I don't know if they are a single parent family but the mother's doing all the hard work to raise both her sons. The father even left Daiki to the mother even tho she's not his biological mother lol. Imma find the father then castrate him grr

I think the father remarried? Because even before Yuki, Asumi said that Daiki was always alone, so i dont think that its a single parent house, maybe the dad is away for work? Because its not mentioned that Daikis mother is dead or something, if the dad dissapered, the real mother would have took him already... but again theres so much that we dont know yet... i just feel so bad for him!

Yeah the father remarried and Yuki was born. Daiki also became Yuki’s mother’s legal son that’s why he’s in her care now but I think the father left them that’s why Daiki feels indifferent towards her mother coz he keeps thinking that he’s not her biological son and you know teenage worries lol. But this is all my assumption I want know the whole story too huhu

I see your point but even after divorce the custody still intact for both parents, the real mom could take him... but what if she doesn't want him and that why he cant trust the new mother? oh man, this is fucked up... and the poor kid has to take it all alone

it's a single parent house (づ￣ ³￣)づ i dunno where his husband is but her step-mom moved out with daiki at the place near asumi's house. and she promised her husband that she can take care of Daiki. i think they're still together tho, bc yuki wouldn't have been born if they were divorced
