Granted, because it's a short story, the ML's side of things might seem like it was told too fast for some. However, considering the number of chapters, I feel like the author was able to flesh out their characters pretty well, as well as show their relationship with each other both before the story started and their current relationship. I feel like the length is just the right amount as well bcs making it longer would most likely let the author drag out the problem, which isn't really needed. They've been apart for 3 years already and have been yearning for each other since they were in their teens, it wouldn't have made sense to see them not be this eager to be with each other. Making it longer to show their relationship also doesn't seem necessary (ofc it will be appreciated) as the pacing of the story once they got together, as well as the exposition of how things developed, everything is already flowing pretty great and naturally. While adding more to it can never be bad (bcs more fluffy moments is more fluffy moments after all), it's not necessarily needed. In my humble opinion.
Sidenote tho, lowkey think ML is on the spectrum. I'm studying for my boards so I can't help but see psychology shit everywhere, sorry lmao. Anyway, it's cause of his unusual way of thinking and lack of understanding of social relationships and social situations, which would explain why he never even thought how his sudden marriage to this random girl would affect MC. He didn't even understand his own feelings until it's been years and years. Even when MC was describing how he doesn't care abt people around him and shi, I just keep thinking "maybe...?" Lmao.
Honestly can't blame uke for falling that fast for ML. He's been craving love and affection from this other guy for years and years and only felt miserable. Now someone comes along ang gives him all those that he's been chasing, of course he'll fall for him. I just hope ML is genuinely in love with him and isn't just doing this with some ulterior motive in mind.

My problem with these type of stories where MC reincarnate into a baby then acts like a genius, are the villains who attack the baby MC rather than the adults. No adult in their right mind would blatantly hate a baby even going as far as using verbal and physical assault, at the same time, no adult in their right mind would let that pass if they see someone doing that to a baby. It just feels like they're a caricature of a character rather than a real character with depth, they make the villains so one sided and plain evil so it gets really boring to see them plot their evil plans and also boring to watch the MC "take them down"

Prolly alcoholism. My guess is the doctor is saying he's an alcoholic which is causing him to be more lethargic, depressed, and the sleep walking. That can lead to more problems like liver cancer, liver failure, or even alcohol poisoning and the like. I just hope that he doesn't take back Jaegeng just cause he'll help him with his health, after all he's (Jaegeng) pretty much a large chunk of why he's so dependent on alcohol now, after granny dies I just hope he leaves Jaekyung and live his life freely for the first time. But alas, looking back on the author's past works, I highly doubt that'll happen. Anyway, considering the author's past work, the pattern will be: 1. seme will still be full of himself and be like he only likes him for sex and he doesn't really have romantic feelings 2. Uke will be firm in being cold which will make Seme realize his feelings for him 3. Short chasing arc of seme where they will also show his tragic background why he's such a jerk 4. Something big will happen where Seme will do something for uke which will make him go soft and forgive seme. 5. They get together and suddenly seme has a 180 on his character where he's such a sweetheart but only mostly towards uke and people around them will notice it and talk as if that's the best character development ever.

I read some spoilers back then about Lorraine and Avinox being attacked or something at the port before they could take off towards the East so I was still holding my breath for that scene but to my surprise, it seems like they skipped that as Lorraine is already in the Leuman's territory. I'm happy about that of course, it just caught me off guard since even Tia and the Empress gave a foreshadowing about waiting at the docks and how it's not too late or the chase not being finished until they reach the East, then the next time they showed them, they're already happy and peaceful at the East. Lmao.
I was worried that she's gonna he upset with him, turns out she's just worried for him. Aww shucks. Should've figured, where else would MC get his soft and kind hearted nature? It's so heart warming.

I feel frustrated with all of the characters. The bullying on the first chapter and everyone's nonchalance towards it got on my nerves so much, I wanted someone to at least be a decent mf, but not even the adults stepped in. And when he finally tried to take his life, it's seen as an inconvenience rather than feeling guilt. I can't feel sorry for the MC and ML even when they are going thru this stupid romantic turmoil cause they were bystanders of a severe bullying that led to someone almost taking their life. They were having hee hee haa haa moments when literally next to them a kid is being beaten to death. The MC's friends doesn't help as well, they keep saying shit like oh no oh wow they did that to him, huh, too bad. Like??? Why are you so detached as if you're only talking about a video game character and not a real person? I really don't like anyone so far, they're all shitty. No one stepped in or even felt bad for the guy, I can't relate cause I have seen someone being bullied and it didn't take a second for me to step in with my friends. I can't sympathize with them because I honestly feel like their pain rn is just karma for ignoring the literal pain of someone when they could've easily stopped it. I'll continue reading but I don't know if I'll ever get over the bullying and bystanding and that part of the plot simply being there as plot device then thrown away right after.
I normally don't read manhwas where people die easily left and right, especially people with pretty sick character designs, it just makes me so sad and it feels like such a shame to let go of these sick characters. But I'm so invested in the story already so now I'm stuck feeling bad for the annihilation that'll happen every arc but will still stay. Sigh, it's like watching a car accident but a pretty funny one cause the comedic timing of the story is pretty good. Lmao.
I was sus of ML from the start just bcs of how he gets painted as pretty calculating, it was even said blatantly like that one time with Haekyung's manager. He just has that crazy look a lot of times so I can't fully trust him. They're so cute tho, I'm starting to open up to him. Maybe it's also cause we caught a glimpse of his perspective so I can understand him a little more compared to earlier chapters when we didn't know his motives or character behind the facade. Anyway, it's pretty good! I hope Haekyung doesn't go back to the fucker, hope he stays strong and stay with the green flag instead! (´-ω-｀)))。。
