You sure the seme is manipulating the uke? Coz it feels like the Uke was originally like that. His memories just got repressed since he was left alone. Then he was forced to act like a good child so people won't see him as someone crazy.
I’m pretty sure he didn’t brainwash him tho. The uke had a dark past as well as the seme, but he chose to forget about everything so naturally he must have changed his attitude too. I think the seme is just bringing back his original self.
