Yeah it was something along those lines. If I recall correctly, hyung was short tempered and got into fights, but that scared Jinsung. Afterwards hyung started acting nice and caring around Jinsung all the time and basically was being someone he actually wasn't. Pretending for so long forced him to develop a split personality. Basically putting on an act for Jinsung took it's toll on him mentally and is finally coming unhinged.
