Well if you know the characters Rain can’t really control the other person that also controls half of him, and aoao and the person in rain had a really weird and unhealthy relationship like hundreds of years ago, but he was still stuck in rains body when he woke up/grew up, so the person in rain sees his so called “lover” in aoao, and when aoao did something similar to his past lover the person inside him would take control and harass him. The real mc is a really good green flag, in the next few episodes hes actually really caring and asks for consent and trys harder to control himself from letting the person take over but the person slowly js gives up. And for the baby situation have you never js seen like those manhwa/huas/manga their bf thinks they are so adorable they js have a nosebleed? I believe thats what was happening in the part you were reading
