On the surface, this manga may strike some as very perverse. If you step back, remove your emotions, and look again. You'll find it only slightly ecchi. The MC is adequately playing his part as as the uselessly perverted 'boke' who is firmly kept in check by Oppaimaid-san's usually painful 'tsukkomi'.
It may seem like he's got it made as a 'loli himo', but part of the humor lies in his efforts to pursue this 'lifestyle' while not being allowed to be completely successful and comfortably enjoy it! The lolis themselves often being unwittingly responsible for this!
It's not over-the-top but in my opinion, it's still a gag-manga nonetheless. It just makes use of a trio of cute and precocious lolis, a doting but dangerous oppai maid, and a MC perfectly designed to be despised, abused, and laughed at!
You can be assured that he will never be romantically successful with either the lolis or the maid. A very small possibility may exist with his editor but I wouldn't build a ship for it.
Anyway, that was my long-winded attempt at saying that this is far from being a romcom, it's just a gag manga with a hook that will catch the passing loli-hunter. Then reel you in with some twisting, turning, and back-flipping humor! The artwork and character styles serve to cement your interest and leave you wondering what silliness and cuteness awaits you in the next chapter!
