So far, that's what i think. The way i see it, the things he did were more of just power tripping.
I don't think so...? I think it's more of a response due to his gambling addiction. Since he needed to do something to stop his obsession with gambling, that's what he did to relieve the stress/anxiety. But, i think if the story progresses & it shows more of him harming himself because of some stressors, then its possible.

Others may find it annoying that for the past chapters, Lucy's eyes are closed. But for me, it represents her current emotional status. At first, she may be laughing with the kids but her eyes are still closed, depicting that she still feels burden about her husband. After she decided to divorce him, she started to open her eyes from time to time, depicting that her heart & mind is free & is ready to enjoy life once again. I am so proud of her! After all the bad things that happened to her, she deserves a life without worries, and especially, a partner that loves her truly. Hoping for more fluff!!
