I love how Carcel is just so in love & head over heels for Ines. And from the way he acts & his thoughts, we can see it's not just some puppy type or surface level of love. It runs deep, as if telling us he loves Ines with all his body & soul, not just a feeling.
On the other hand, I also love how Ines may not be directly saying she loves/likes Carcel, but she is seeing different sides of him she had never seen before (before, she just gets annoyed/feels weird whenever Carcel's being flirty/cheeky/blushing) & is slowly realizing that she somehow feels comfort & joy when they're together. She may not admit it now (like directly saying it), but I hope she comes to terms wuth herself & tell Carcel directly how she feels.
It shows that ya'll have never encountered a victim of abuse or even read stories/psychology of abuse. its disappointing. Sure lets say bianca knows even when lucy lied, but pushing a victim to tell the truth when they are not ready and are still in a state of fear and being threatened, nothing good will come out of it. pushing lucy will only make her feel cornered & make her more secretive. its not about forgetting or ignoring. its about setting boundaries & knowing when the victim can truly feel she's safe to tell the truth. read a bit of psychology, mygod.
im very disappointed, and actually, mad. your statements are showing more ignorance than what u're saying bianca did. i hope none of yall hating are women cuz that would be very alarming. read some booksn stories, news. then u'l understand. make yourselves informed. this may only br a fictional story but the setting HAPPENS IN REAL LIFE. remember that.
well the op has a point, unless given permission and you are entirely sure of what you are about to say maybe it's better to check about how would the victim felt. It's not really easy for a victim of abuse to open up sometimes we don't even know if a person around us is getting abused. Maybe that is why bianca didn't really processed what was happening, after all she was only Yvonne's sister she doesn't know her as well as Yvonne.
