Bro this amount of trauma tht Jooha and everyone else is living with… damn. I heard this isn’t getting a happy ending but tbh if those two decided to just Romeo and Juliet themselves and meet in the afterlife- i get it. I would too man. I’m not built to survive all that. Just as long as they’re together without suffering another day of pilwon, we won.
Man, we enjoyed the smut too much and this is the consequence.

Literally their love story isn’t compelling at all. The director obsession with the main character is weird and wasn’t even explained well. The main character literally seems like he hates having sex w the director like 80% of the time.
Beautiful artwork and great smut. What’s crazy is all the other side characters have more chemistry and are intriguing. Definitely more effort was put into them.

My biggest question is why doesn’t Dooshik and Jooha just produce and sell the pearls themselves and take the money to run away and escape? Like Dooshik knows early on how much he was getting for each pearl. They could’ve made some cash and probably hired a hit out on Pilwon.
I get that is a logical solution and that’s not how storytelling works- but at this point we’ve seen antagonists outsmart these guys at every turn and so so much messed up shit. I feel like the main characters needed at least an idea of how to win lol.
Also, at this point I’m not reading. Im skimming and looking at the pictures. This trauma isn’t worth engaging in reading comprehension

Like dang, this is dragged out. It’s been five chapters of Ash confessing at this party and Karlyle is just standing there thinking w no thoughts in his head. Crazy. Also, I wish we had more back story of how/why/when Ash fell- like it had to be before the fireworks kiss but also how does that still play into this.
I actually love the story plot of a jealous crazy top and a completely clueless bottom. So far he’s just been arrogant and moody- he really hasn’t done anything crazy crazy. I actually love his slow descent into madness until he just comes to terms with his feelings.
Its a good type of angst that you know the two leads are end game so the drama in the middle is just build up. It’s a BL to read if you have a specific itch of I hate everyone but you x clueless sunshine. I wouldn’t take it too seriously- it’s decent. It’s not marketed as a masterpiece.
