My owm formulated theory has so many plot holes and don't line up with other events but I just want to let it out... basically mine is Clover is Yotsuha herself (plot hole#1), she got amnesia on what she was plotting to do (socially and emotionally isolate MC, forgot his name already, so in the right moment she'd be there to save him (very typical cliche story)) but this would be a plot hole cuz she just texted Clover in creep's phone. But I came up with bullshit since time travel is part of the plot (anythign could happen now lmao)... what if there are two of Yotsuhas in the same timeline due to the watch and Amnesia Yotsuha turned back time to save MC but non amnesia Yotsuha still there
Hihi! I was actually thinking something similar to that theory too! I feel like all the plot holes in your theory will resolve in future episodes though because we're still early into the story and an author wouldn't include something similar or something that stands out to a mc if it was just meant to be a side thing. My theory is Abit different though,
The current clover yotsuba which rewinds time is well doing her thing but the other clover girl is the original yotsuba.whats currently happening is like a different timeline, the past, and the yotsuba that is helping uichi is as stated by the author, from the future. Which means the yotsuba isn't rlly under amnesia but rather a different version or like the original yotsuba and that the helping yotsuba is a sort of anomaly. Of course there are many flaws in my theory and plot holes as well along with unexplainable stuff like' what happens when she rewinds time, would it rewinds her og self too?" Or smth like that but it's just a theory and Im really glad I found someone who had similar thoughts as me (⌒▽⌒)
