According to manga*pdates, there is no novel. It's an original webtoon. And this one is done by the artist herself. ByeBye had a different author.
Now that she has an inkling of what could've transpired for him to suddenly marry her, I hope she has a long talk with ML and they actually divorce? But given their personalities FL probably is gonna take a while to do the first move while ML is still distancing himself from her... Regarding 2nd ML I hope he actually intervenes and marries FL, alas, that probably would not happen :(
