this is not to say its real whatsoever, u can believe whatever u want but its just something my parents told me and reading about the mc's mother passing away remind me of it. My parents used to see a shaman too and he warned my aunty and uncle about not going back to their hometown to sell the land cause they will nvr be able to come back, they decided to still go and indeed never came back. They got into an accident, both pass away leaving my cousins who were still 8-10 years old behind. We assume it was planned by someone because a relative who went with them came out from that accident with only a scratch on the cheek and the police refusing to investigate further saying it was just an accident. Anyways, this shaman is really powerful and helped many, he later on pass away after taking away leukaemia from a little girl who was suffering from it, she was cured. This was really long ago, I too wasn't born yet. I was just intrigued when I read the shaman part cause this story immediately came to my mind.
He literally does not know the kid, sure you can feel bad for a total stranger who went through shit and suicidal but to literally live that kid's life is a whole different thing. If taekin died in front of the truck he will have to bear the consequences and now he isn't dead, he still have to bear with taekin's life. As a reader, I definitely feel bad and its awful to see him suffering with mental illness to the point he was ready to end it all. At the same time, I also understand why MC thinks that way about the high school kid. Plus he's only slowly learning about the kid's life, there's more to him and we haven't learn a lot yet so it will take time for the MC to start learning and understanding the kid.

I mean he doesn't like the mc and it seems like he's manipulating to make the mc depend on him by helping him out. So is this story gonna go in the angst direction where the mc figure out Jihwan is messing with him and get hurt. Or is it gonna be like, obsessed and possessive Jihwan but like obsessed in the "i want u to listen only to me" kinda way and not the "i love you" way, with a back and forth situation where the mc will get hurt then Jihwan will be nice then again get hurt and it just repeats.
I am gonna let the chapters pile and come back when its completed. I cannot do this for now, the parents both sucks ass. They were both abusive in different ways, if I can fucking stab them multiple times that would be great except these mfs are just drawings.
