The scene where he's alone in a room with Sitri (I get names mixed up so if I got it wrong pls correct me) didn't feel like a sexual encounter at all. I mean, it isn't, and it was never meant to be one. It felt domestic, and you could tell they trusted each other. The scene after she drank his blood was nice. Just them laying down next to each other and talking was nice. Manga like this usually shows off ero stuff, and this one has its moments, but it feels like we actually know these characters. They're not these flat npc's that barely think, lol.
