Basically both the black haired guys are brothers and the mc (short straight black haired guy) is covering for his brother (long curly black haired guy)
He's covering for him in his scandals. His brother had sex with an old guy for a role/position (or something) and the old guy ended up dying during sex. The brother was freaking out and called over the mc to cover up for him. Which he did. They switched places and he got caught when the police came.
The new guy (the boss / seme)
Knows about this coz he has video evidence of the full thing that happened that day which he is using to black mail the brothers. Mainly coz he's interested in the mc though the other brother doesn't know they are being blackmailed. Mc doesn't want video leaked for obvious reasons.
Also the boss/seme wants the mc force his brother to change movie roles with another guy (why? Idk) the boss just wants him to resign his role to someone else. Mc is trying to get his brother to do that but he refuses. Also the boss/seme thinks the brothers are actually lovers. Mc apparently owes his brother and covers for him so his career doesn't end dispute him being a lawyer

The role he got from having sex with the old due was a movie role and the boss is trying to get him to resign himself from the role (ig cause he played dirty to get the role)
That's why the boss is blackmailing him
