There's a panel showing the micro phone guy. So when you read chap 137 you get to know that he actually got involved in that domain - that cleave technique...and was affected.

I wouldn't really call it a successor class. It's more like a title. Grid receives the title "Duke of Wisdom" which iirc forcibly puts a certain amount of stat points into mana whenever he levels up. Also for the spoilers about Braham he is a direct descendant vampire of the former 3rd great demon Beriache. He's also a tsundere but only to Grid he pretty much thinks of everyone else as irrelevant.

My apologies. So there is a class called 'Duke of Wisdom' (which is what Grid has) and there is also the title 'Duke of Wisdom' (which is what Braham has). Grid's class in addition to adding the stats to intelligence (sorry forgot the magic stat is called intelligence rather than mana) it also has the chance of deleting, strengthening and replicating magic. All in all it's a stupidly broken class even though the chances for some of the actions are very low.

Yes as of currently in the novel Grid has 3 classes. Pagma's Successor, Duke of Wisdom, and Magic Swordmans of Epics.
