More manga and manhwa should portray female character's relationships with friends and family, not only love interests. It always feels so reductive to me when a character's world revolves around love interests only.(●￣(ｴ)￣●)

I thought since bread was made from planty stuff (talking about grain) it would be a fiber boi. So I though yeah every once and a while she'd most likely get constipation but most of the time she probably wouldn't have that much trouble.
It depends on the type of bread, if it is made with wholemeal flour or not, if other stuff is also added (like seeds).
