Based only on what we're reading on the manga sensei may be not showing ALL the kisses, given the fact that this is kind of a parody of a romcom and they've been focusing more on the comedy side since the beginning,,,,

But I think sensei would've given us a hint on how far the couple has gone. Like Kabakura and Hana, we don't see them kiss but they've woken up together, obviously they've had sex. So think Hirotaka and Narumi has not moved on from just kisses, shown or not.
