The answer I'm going to say is, NO. They've just romanticised the hell out of it. The uke basically gives no consent but doesn't mind it once it's done? That's what I take from their sex scenes.
I think like most closeted gays, the seme is struggling with admission of his sexuality. In the earlier chapters it's very clear that his relationships with female flings were very casual & clear.
But you can literally see him not understand the uke because he's not figured himself yet. If anything, I feel bad for him because the uke is a strong character, he's going to figure out that the seme is an idiot. Uke also has never been in a relationship like this.
In fact, in one of the earlier episodes, you see the uke make some strong statements but in the next chapter the seme just let's it slide and gets back with him so, I feel that there's a lot of struggle (in terms of sexuality) happening with the seme.
