If you mean his anal wound, I highly insist against using it. Fucidin contains fucidic acid an antibacterial but its not suitable to use anally because it might cause local irritation. Best would be suppositories and proctosedyl cream.

Don't take my word for this, as the translations were confusing for me too. This is just my opinion after going over the chapters again and trying to understand them. Mimori seeing his ghost is like him finally coming to terms with the past (that he had with Iku when he was a ghost himself). So when he says, "Hey spectre (ghost), do you not want to let go of him (Iku)?" He's actually saying that to himself. Mimori had dreams about Iku, actually and couldnt understand why he felt the need to keep seeing him. He was drawn to Iku in ways that he couldn't rationalize. So he says this to himself because the ghost symbolizes his past with Iku, which Mimori doesn't want to let go of even if he can't remember. Iku did say before this that he would leave Mimori alone, and Mimori didn't want that to happen at all.

All we can know for sure is Mimori keeps getting weird feelings and dreams about the uke that he can't explain, and he keeps seeing his ghost self (the station clerk also seemed to be able to see him, so it's left ambiguous whether the ghost is or isn't really there), so he wonders whether the ghost is like the projection of a part of himself that likes the uke and thus wants him to give in to theunexplainable feelings, no matter what the truth about his coma is...
And yes, Miki is annoyed at Iku because he is misunderstanding Mimori: As he, Miki, knows Mimori better than Iku, he thinks he knows better than Iku why it is that Mimori is acting the way he is...

I don't really get the vibe that this story is about them. The story is about the dark haired gay one and the other guy just happens to be an integral part of the part of the story of his life that he's telling. From the set up it seems that this timeline of events is being shown to explain what happens further down the line. I don't think these two will end up together, I think this is a story about how the main character's history of pursuing this straight man changed the course of his life events and led to what kind of life he lives now (/in the future)

I guess there's a possibility of that happening. Especially that the seme is harsh towards the uke. But then, why is it that cover of the manga is hyunwoo and subin? Isn't because they're the main characters/couple and there's also a high chance they would end up together?

(Tho I also think that the cover is not enought proof for them to be together at the end but still, there's high possibility)

I mean, I'm not saying it isn't super likely that they end up together. Maybe that is what the story is about. But at the beginning of the story he has a little speech talking about looking back at his past and how it was a horrible mistake that he made...so all I can assume for now is that they get into a pretty messed up relationship for a while. This is just a guess, but I feel like they're going to end up being friends with benefits, which is going to break the heart of the guy already depressed and desperate because he will not really like this kind of empty relationship but he is desperate and not wanting to let go so he will let himself be kind of used/keep this damaging relationship going. And as for the other guy, I think he is frustrated by the advances and will be that "straight" character or gay/bi one that can't deal with his attraction to somebody of the same sex so they'll have sex with the person but then bully them outside of that relationship. He will still be pursuing the woman but then feeling worse and worse because he doesn't see how he can be with her because of his messed up relationship that will "ruin" him if it ever gets out, which will make him take that frustration out on the other guy more and more... Hopefully, that isn't what goes down here, it's just a prediction of what I think at this point, could be a possibility.

Also, I think thats why they're on the cover. I think the story is about them, but it might not be a love story. I hope it isn't a sad story, but I think its possible its just a gay dude's story of a bad relationship in his life. Knowing the bl genre, thats probably not the case but... it wouldn't be the first one. I can't remember the name, but there is a domestic abuse bl that has two spin offs that tell each partner's story after their break up.
